So, I made some 2009 Resolutions for myself. I decided before the holidays that I was going to sign up at our YMCA's Boot Camp. This is an 8 week course of Boot Camp Style workouts every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at (this is the kicker) 5:30 AM!!!
I believe Scott thought I had lost my mind, which only gives me more motivation to get up in the morning. I have also met a few girls in the neighborhood and we have started a running group on Sunday mornings to train for some local 5k and 10k's coming up.
I will let you know how I am doing in the upcoming weeks/months.
